Six diffuser families. Two ways to install them.

Diffusing acoustic shells are designed for large rooms such as theatres and auditoriums with a stage for orchestral concerts or recitals. They project the original, non-amplified sound from the stage into the hall, so the audience hears the instruments themselves without the colouring of electro-acoustics. They also bring the stage and the room into one space, instead of splitting them at the proscenium.

JOCAVI's diffusers were designed at the scale these needs demand. Their shape and depth give them a high diffusion coefficient in the medium and low frequencies, and a very homogeneous diffusion across the spectrum. Built in HIPS (WOODFOIL in wood) on a rigid frame, the modules are coupled and multiplied to give a diffusing area proportional to each space.
