Description

JOCAVI developed this acoustic diffusion panel from non-linear convex shapes, based on a set of three ellipses that were later altered and optimised into an oval shape with better angular diffusion coverage.

The outer shell is HIPS, chosen for UV protection, impact resistance and M1 fire resistance. The interior is a composite of impregnated mineral fibres and textiles, which gives the panel a specific mass and its consistency. The back is flat, so it adjusts to even surfaces.
